Nacreous is chronological album number 15; it is another showcase album that demonstrates select genres of interest at this point in my life. In the month it took to complete Gattungswesen II (chronological album 14) and Nacreous, I had moved to a house that was built in the 1800s in Downtown Ypsilanti. Because Gattungswesen II was a follow-up album to Gattungswesen (chronological album 13), and was thus subject to those more narrowing limitations; Nacreous was meant to serve as a more specific and only mildly limited representation of life here. Special (and specific) thanks to Lauren McManus for help sketching part of the graphic.
